Laser Source Window Caps — Extended Coverage
We now carry 12 variants of fiber laser source window caps, covering the most commonly used IPG, Raycus, Maxphotonics (Kaiplin), and JPT (Reci) source platforms. Both gold-plated and silver-plated variants are available, plus stepped profiles for specific source models that require a non-standard profile.
New additions include the H9.4 Gold (12.8mm Ø), H14 Standard 10kW (15mm Ø), and stepped variants H17, H18, and H19.7. All are dimensionally verified against original equipment samples.
Source caps are often ignored until the laser source shows condensation or contamination inside the beam path. We recommend inspecting them at every major service interval and replacing on any sign of coating degradation or mechanical damage.
H39-M16 Fork-Type Welding Nozzle
Our new H39-M16 fork nozzle (36mm height, M16 thread) is designed for high-power handheld welding torches where conventional single-channel nozzles produce uneven shielding gas distribution on wide weld beads. The forked tip creates two parallel gas channels, maintaining coverage over a wider bead width without increasing overall gas consumption.
Compatible with Sup, Qilin, Ospri, and DNE M16 welding torch platforms.
D28 Chrome-Plated Nozzle Range
Chrome-plated D28 nozzles are now available across all bore diameters (1.0mm–4.0mm) in both single-layer and single-layer natural variants. Chrome plating reduces spatter adhesion by approximately 40% compared to standard copper surface, extending the cleaning interval in high-duty-cycle cutting operations.
Ceramic Ring Platform Expansion
We have added coverage for Precitec P0491-130 (M6), P0494-752 (M8), P0571-1051 (M11), and P0595-94097 (M11) — completing our Precitec ceramic ring range. Four additional Raytools-specific part numbers are also now in stock: 120274100B, 120515092B, 120515093A, and 120515099A.
